An environmentally friendly biaxially oriented polypropylene (BOPP) thermal film with phenol-free thermal-sensitive top-coating.

● Free of BPA, BPS and other phenolic substances, compliant with international and domestic environmental standards such as ROHS 2.0 and REACH, making it more environmentally friendly and healthy.
● The shelf life can reach over 2 years, suitable for relatively longer term storage and use.

● Superior heat-sensitive color developing performance as well as scratch resistance, waterproof, oil resistance, and resistance to plasticizers.

Applications:
● Suitable for laminating pressure-sensitive adhesive films and further converting them into various thermal printing labels that meet environmental standards.
● Phenol-free thermal film can also be specially formulated to meet customized requirements. For example, high-temperature resistant label substrates can be applied to packaging surfaces where the contents reach up to 100°C. And the barcode and text graphics remain readable and recognizable, making it an ideal material for labels used on hot drinks and food products.
