Installed protective barriers outside the transmission parts of equipment in the manufacturing area to prevent accidental injuries.

Install gas-leak detectors in production areas

Wampolet was rated as a "Level 3 Enterprise in Safety Production Standardization" by the Zhenjiang Municipal Emergency Management Bureau in September 2023.

Practice green production
Strictly adhere to national and industry regulations to promote green production continuously. All production project initiations, expansions, and renovations are subject to review and acceptance by relevant environmental protection departments, reducing the negative impact on the environment.
2009-12
obtained approval for the "10,000-ton Thermal Paper Production Project" and passed the environmental protection acceptance in July 2011
2013-06
obtained approval for the "10,000-ton Thermal Paper Expansion Project" and passed the environmental protection acceptance in September 2014.
2016-05
the "Reconstruction Project of Annual Production of 10,000 Tons of Thermal Paper" obtained approval because of the green printing technology transformation carried out on the existing production line, and passed the environmental protection acceptance in September of the same year.
2018-08
obtained approval for the "Implementation of Sewage Treatment Upgrade and Transformation Project", and passed the environmental protection acceptance in July 2019.
2019-07
obtained approval for the "Expansion Project for an Annual Production of 480 Million Square Meters of Thermal Film, Thermal Paper, and Synthetic Paper", and the project was completed and passed the environmental protection acceptance in July 2020.
2020-09
the company implemented a multi-step waste gas treatment process for the exhaust generated during the coating process, including water spray, ceramic ball dehumidification, filter cotton, and activated carbon adsorption device, to strictly follow the national, local, and industry standards for waste gas emissions.
2023-02
obtained approval for the "Technical Transformation Project of Thermal Paper, Thermal Film, and Synthetic Paper Production Line", and passed the environmental protection acceptance in December of the same year.
2024-09
Wampolet was recognized as a "Municipal-Level Green Factory" by the Zhenjiang Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology.
Drive energy conservation and consumption reduction
Optimize the energy structure, enhance the efficiency of resource utilization, and lower energy consumption and carbon emissions per unit of output value.
2022
Initiated the forklift upgrade project in April 2022 to replace diesel forklifts with electric ones, utilizing cleaner energy sources, eliminating exhaust emissions during operation, and reducing workplace noise.
2022~2023
Between 2022 and 2023, Wampolet constructed two phases of photovoltaic power stations to supply green energy for production. Currently, the usage ratio of photovoltaic power in both factories has reached or exceeded 90%.
2024
Initiated the construction of an electric power storage system to optimize the company's energy usage efficiency in 2024.

Optimize our supply chain and collaborate with upstream and downstream enterprises to achieve a green transformation together. Based on market demand, we select qualified suppliers and certified raw materials. Meanwhile, Wampolet's production system has also passed the FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) certification to provide customers with truly traceable environmental-friendly products.
