Job Responsibilities:
● Responsible for the selection, evaluation, and management of suppliers, including the development of new suppliers and the daily maintenance of existing suppliers (such as regular contact, on-site visits, and reception matters) ● Conduct price negotiations with suppliers, obtain the most advantageous procurement prices and terms through market research, and continuously seek opportunities to reduce costs ● Lead the drafting, review, and signing process of procurement contracts, ensuring that contract terms align with the company's interests ● Collaborate with procurement internal staff to supervise the contract execution process, promptly handle contract changes and renewals ● Control the quality standards of procurement orders, properly address quality issues related to customer complaints and return/exchange matters ● Work with production and inventory management departments to optimize inventory structure, ensuring the efficient and smooth operation of the production supply chain ● Identify and assess hidden risks in the supply chain, and formulate targeted risk response plans ● Ensure that all procurement activities strictly comply with laws and regulations as well as internal company policies ● Uphold the company's ethical standards, eliminating all forms of corruption and improper conductJob Requirements:
